Last Friday, "Jack Parker" called twice. His heavy Indian accent was very difficult to understand.Both times he said he was calling because I might be entitled to some medical compensation. He said he knew that I had vaginal surgery a long time ago and then asked if I had a bladder sling or mesh implant. I told him I might have but that I wasn't sure. I asked him who he was with and he said "The State Health Department" I asked which state? and on the first call, he said "Tahoe". I said "That's not a state" and he hung up. He called back about 2 minutes later and said all the same stuff. this time, when I asked what state, he said something muffled that sounded like "Achillanilla" I repeated it back and he said "yes!". I asked him how to spell that? and he hung up. Not sure why these people are calling me or anyone else. I have had multiple calls from multiple numbers asking basically the same thing each time. One also called and pretended to be with Microsoft and wanted to get into my computer.
I am going to mess with these people when they call me. It makes great stories to tell people when they say something stupid back to you. Getting mad doesn't help, at least if I can laugh about it, it isn't a complete waste of my time. :)
