This number calls me frequently. I have called the number back, but the person who answers, David Martinez, becomes very belligerent. He says it is his 1 1/2 yr old son. I end up with a 10 minute ongoing squabble, TV blaring, on my answering machine. How can I block this number? Thank you for your assistance.
