I cancelled Comcast last week. The one good experience with them actually was the lady I cancelled with. I thanked her for it. That's enough in my book. Frankly, I got more Comcast (sales) calls before I cancelled.
I called the number back. It was Comcast calling to take a survey. It brings you to an automated voice system and you have the option to be taken off the list.
