In the past when receiving calls like this I have asked the caller to hold while I get me card, wait a few seconds then start rattling off about 30 numbers. They hang up and don't call back.
Caller ID just said "Pennsylvania". Another "free" vacation scam. Didn't listen long enough to determine if it was the "you must listen to our high-pressure sales presentation" one or the "phishing for private information" one.
