I got a call from this local number which based in Levittown, PA and they told me that they are from Education Authority.com, which I never heard of it. I wondering where they get my number from but it seems they got it from one of the ads that came with filling out the information to get free stuff. When I finished fill out the information, about few hours later, that when this number came up on my phone. This is how I know it must be telemarketer; however, I told them I could not hear because I am deaf and they told me that they will not talk to third party which is unusual for me. That is when I know it is a telemarketer because they do not talk or do third party. They need to recording the conversation to avoiding the discrimination and harassment.
