Called today at 3:30 p.m. I NEVER answer calls from numbers I don't recognize -- in fact, I don't even HEAR them because my default ringtone is silent. (Friends and family members have their own ringtones so I don't miss THEIR calls!) I see I am the first to report this number on this site, so I can't be certain, but I expect that this is an illegal telemarketing/scam call. I have gotten several every day for the past week or so (before that I'd gone several weeks with NONE, miracle of miracles). I have added this to my F***ING ILLEGAL CALLS contact (no asterisks on my phone!). I HATE telemarketing calls.
I got a message from this number telling me they have been trying to contact me regarding refinancing my student loans and that this was my last chance to call them back.
