Caller asked to speak to the owner of the company. I asked her what the call was regarding but said something I couldn't make out. Had her repeat it several times and it sounded like the company name instead. It's almost like they're making up a company name by not making it clear over the conversion.
Just got a call from a female asking for the owner by name, regarding a "letter" and was asking for a follow up. When asked as to what the letter was in reference to, the response was "Capitol"...not a very Capitol idea.........
Called asking for the business owners by name without identifying herself at all... Tried to hang up. I told her excuse me, remove us from your list and hung up.
Asked to speak to the owner. I asked who they were or what it was regarding and they would just repeat "I need to speak to the owner." Since this is residential number, I really don't like these calls.
