THIS BUSINESS REFUSES TO IDENTIFY ITSELF.  CALLED NBR, OWNER WAS COMBATIVE AND WOULD NOT REVEAL NAME OR ADDRESS.

Maybe it was the 2 Septa Workers that drive up in a Septa Pickup (which I assume they are on the clock)
They seem to have a few different numbers but the same Septa Pickup which I believe is from 69th Market St.
Upper Darby.  Bus fares will be going up again with Employees like these two.. WAKE UP SEPTA
