Called my home number. Left no message. I found out this phone number is from Doylestown, PA, but don't know who owns the number or why they were calling me.
Asked if I was the one who paid PECO bills. Then asked If I pay more then $100 for electric bill. If I did I qualify for special discount. Then TOLD to get my PECO bill and would need account info and other verification. Said I was busy. They said they would call back
