In all fairness, the culprit could be an entity purporting to be Norlight, this business is ripe with tricksters & shysters (look up shyster at wikipedia) & it's hard to distinguish "guardians" from "plunderers".

"Please call Norlight's Network Management Center (NMC) at 1-800-876-7842 ...(or) 1-888-255-7842"
Yes, I keep receiving this call on my cell and asking to press a number to confirm your wining number. Of course I didn't press anything instead I hangup the call, but I Try using my regular line to call them back, so they can stop calling my cell., but that wasn't succesful because the automatic operator tells me to check the number and dial again. so I dont know how or who these people is and what's the purpose of this nuisance.
check with your phone company to get a print out of the phone calls for that day ! also received a call late last night and trust me I will get to the bottom of this *hit. I will be doing the same.
On a cell phone this number shows up with a + in front of it. That means it is an international call. The country code 267, which means that it originates from Botswana.
They have picked an international call designed to look like a call made from the USA. If you call this number back you are making an international long distance call.
IT IS NOT A CALL FROM THE USA.
IT IS NOT A CALL FROM Philadelphia, PA.
