Just for amusment...called the number and fed in some made up values to the IVR for password, account number and such. It accepted every one of them. I just wish there were a chance to leave a voice message at the end so I could tell them in choice language where they could go and what to do with themeselves when they get there.
received a phishing email purportedly from Chase Bank, saying account was suspended until I call this number.......since when does Chase have a branch in Middleton, Michigan....???????

Got the same thing and fell for it b/c we did just change some info on our accts.......cancelled cards after realizing. Do you think they can do anything with the pins or number if they are cancelled???? Thanks!!
