This company calling you is Yerasoft out of Kalamazoo, MI. They build websites, do hosting, and basically keep calling without leaving any messages. They are very annoying at the least. They have called me at least six times in the past five days without leaving a VM. How rude!
I payed $1000.00 for search engine optimization
from Yerasoft. I payed last year by credit card. The company asks me to make the key words, so I did. But they lost my key words. So, I sent the key words one more time to Yerasoft. I called a month later asking about the search engine optimization, why is it not done?
Yerasoft said to me, that I need to make a landing page for the search engine optimization. I told them to use the home page for the landing page. NO work was done. So I like my money back. I did call them asking for a refund to the owner of Yerasoft. He said No, I told the owner I am going to contact BBB. He thought that was funny about me contact the BBB. I would not do any business have Yerasoft LLC
I am truly amazed by what I am seeing this evening as I read these posts about Yerasoft. Unfortunately, I am yet another business owner that has become a victim of Yerasoft, in addition to you guys. My experience with them is nearly exactly the same as everyone else has described it. A website that was supposedly being "pushed through for me" ended up taking 5 months to get something somewhat respectable up, only after months of legal and financial pressure, and then they ultimately took my site down and won't put it back up. They take your money before starting the job, saying that its necessary for the type of work they are doing. They also create purposely vague contracts with hidden legal policies behind them. DO NOT does business with Yerasoft, under any circumstances. Yerasoft is run by a group of kids and no senior management.
Well glad to see I am not the only stupid business man on this planet. This couldn't happen to my business at a worse time, paid $585.00 up front to start this magnificent website, and so far have got a picture of a tractor in the desert with a plow attached. Unfortunately after issuing a check for the first payment which was not supposed to be cashed until i was informed, they cashed it, I knew nothing of the date it would be deposited as they stated I would know. Then they wrote themselves another check from the same account without my prior approval for 450.00, had no idea it was going to come out of my account until i checked my online bank statement, they just put on the bank check that I authorized it, which I didn't. I have been asking for two weeks for someone Now they aren't answering phones well, have chewed them out , and thought I was the only one till I came across this... The problem is what they did was illegal on the second check. I will contact a lawyer, and I have informed Chaz man that I may just have to take a ride to visit them at their home office, if in fact it does exist. Chaz seemed like an honest person, wow did I get suckered this time. Could have had my current website revamped and running months ago. has been 4 months, and all i have seen is the header picture after weeks of begging... Don't have enough ink to explain how i feel at this moment. They are messing with the wrong person this time...
Like many of the above... I paid $2500.00 up front to get the site/logo/seo designed within 45 days. Needless to say after a year, no website, no way of getting the website because the online contract was so well designed (to screw everyone). Now I would have to pay another $1000.00 to get the website because they are asking me to pay for their time & initial cc chargeback fees.... all for a website that I don't believe exists to begin with.

We were (and still are!) looking to optimize and update our web design. We chose Yerasof because we are located less than 5 miles away and thought they would be convenient and easy to work with. Boy was I ever wrong. My story will look like a broken record here: They took my money, tried to deliver me a site with mispelled words and bad links that is incomplete and now they want me to pay for hosting! I bought into the Full Access 2.0 program for a discounted price of only $2,700. I am going to take the time to take this to small claims court and try to get my money back since I can see that nobody has been sucessful in trying to work with the BBB regarding Yerasoft. What a joke. If anyone has ever gotten money back from these hucksters I would love to hear from you about how you did it. I am certainly going to try.
