You get a call from a local number, ours was this 269 one. They say they are putting a body attachment on you and you will be getting served. Blah blah, remove animals and guns from premise and then go on to tell you to call 844-710-8966! These are payday loan scammers who may have deposited money in your acct taken the money back out and charged you fines and fees. You never borrowed the money from them but may have used a pay day loan once and they got your information from them and are scamming people this way.
