Amen brother! Only problem is they've got to be caught first. Since they're spoofing numbers & they're not in the USA, it's almost impossible to get them. However, I think if serious effort, time & money were put into it they could shut some of these larger enterprises. But I can't see our government doing that, spending OUR money where WE, THE PEOPLE want it to go. There are way too many more important things our money needs to be spent on.
