Found the number on my caller id.

told them not to call me again

I feel like a broken record, but Mr. Bad Guy got his umpteenth number blocked from me.  Why hasn't anyone gone after these awful people, who should be locked up just for bothering us?

Called my cell phone (AGAIN).  Called back on my home phone and learned that they were some sort of a discount newspaper.  They have a recording that answers and option #3 says it will remove you from any call lists within 48 hours.  Good Luck!  Hope everyone has a Great Thanksgiving!!
