ROBO-CALL schlepping lower credit card rates

I get called everyday from this number about lowering credit card interest rates.  I have asked to no receive the call and I still get a call everyday.

They are selling something... but if you call the number back you can be placed on the do not call list.

I have been put on the do not call list over 10 times and they still call me EVERYDAY!!!!

When you press the "1" you could be validating your phone number. I do not answer those calls.
