after about 14 or 15 calls i finally picked up and to no suprise the guy could barely speak english, so in a very stern voice i told him he has the wrong number and to never call me again, so lets see what happens.
I have received 2 calls from that that phone no today. I called back and it said press 1 to be removed from their calling list. I did it we'll see what happens, although I did register my cell# with the no call list and I believe that this is a violation
