Who called from 2694320664

Just got a txt from this number on my cell. The txt says 'Hey :)'

I *67'd the call and got a voicemail after 4 rings saying ' the party you have called is unavailable and will be notified of the call'.

This number has texted me for days. They say they know who I am. Do I rember who they are. I called and the call went to voicemail saying the person you are trying to reach will be notified.
