Appears to be a spammer. I was also texted, and addressed by my name, then asked to join them via Yahoo messenger. Whoever it was at this number refused to identify themselves, and when called the number is to a Text Plus digital text messenging company.
Received a text from this number during work saying "Hi Laura!". I wrote back "I'm sorry, who is this?". They wrote back "haha if you want to know who this is u got to addd me on yahoo messenger. My name is txtgirlie046". I did not and am blocking them now.
I got this message saying "Hi Evan..." from this number in Michigan which I thought was weird so i asked who it was and i didn't get a message until the next morning saying "Haha if you wanna know who this is you got to addd me on Y!ahoo msger. my id is txtflirter6"
Kinda weird. I tried calling and it was a company called TextPlus or something?
