I got calls from this number 5 times this afternoon, most of the time not leaving a message and once or twice claiming they were calling in relation to UCLA surveying customer satisfaction. UCLA does occasionally sends "letters" asking for customer satisfaction, attaching a survey to be filled,never through a phone call. I am on the Do not call program. I also have Caller ID which allows me to see either a name
or Name Unknown, or in this case "Customer Service". It is obviously a scam, or phishing. I consider it harassment and would like it to stop.
They are trying to take credit card information. - Some type of scam. The number they tell you to call to cancel an order is 800-286-3956 which refers you to a "Talk Line" to call. SCAM SCAM SCAM! They say they are from Vista
I got 4 calls in 1 day; I finally spoke to them, had to threaten them, then they said they won't call anymore. They claim that I won some sort of prize, or qualify due to a recent purchase I made. Yikes!
