Caller ID says "Per R" 269-477-2153. I have no answer machine and I never answer callers who I do not know. I assume it is a solicitor, an unsavory bill collector looking for someone else, or one of those scam artists. Do not answer when they call.

I am tired of this stupid phone calls. I don't answer the calls but they continue calling at weird hours.

This is a debt collection agency for American Express and comes up on my phone as per r.  They call me 5-7x a day.  I have someone handling my debt but they try to go around them.

They call you and sometimes hang up after you pick up. They have been calling me everyday for almost a month now in the later evenings
