I got this number about 10,000 times over the last several years, and I can't call it back either. It just says, "Please do NOT hang up. This is NOT a solicitation call." There are many other numbers with the same recorded message. I tried the Do Not Call List, but that didn't work. Nothing works to get this number to stop calling my cellular telephone. I am so angry!
