I googled in, what does it mean when a phone number has a + sign before 269 in the us and this is what it says:-( By bearing the symbol 269, you are announcing to the world that you are ... the industry's own method of objectifying living beings) you are being harassed, scammed, and mocked!
Ahh yet another number for the old "JUNK" list. Have to wonder if these companies will ever get the msg that harassment will get them nowhere. It's time for their bank of phone numbers they call from to be limited to one and that when no one answers their call the number rings back to them and ties up their phone line until the end of eternity. Now wouldn't that be nice. Just where are all the lawyers who could file a class action suit against these companies for harassment.
I have also been getting these phone calls. The first time a man asked to speak to Joanne. When I told him he had the wrong number, he said F U and hung up. I have not answered any calls from this number since. Such a nice way it was to start my day.
Look people these people are getting yalls number when yall are online filling out applications or doing stuff like that. Alot of the website u think are safe really aint. Most of them are fake just made up to look like there real. all u have to.do is go to ur settings on ur smart phone and goto ur call setting. click on that and then go down to your call restrictions and where it says incoming calls select only for contacts. that way when they call u wont here the phone it will automactally.send them to.voicemail. they will eventally quit calling u after a day or two.
