This is the PNC fraud department calling. If you get this call answer the phone. Someone copied my credit card number and went on a shopping spree. If they had not called I would not have known.
This was a FRAUD Courtesy call from PNC bank...I had an over the phone charge card charge over $800...I was appreciative of the phone call....I think...I hope....
Caller claimed to be from PNC Bank calling to ask about suspicious activity on my card. I did not speak to the caller and immediately called PNC Bank. It turned out that the call was legitimate and there had been charges on my account that I did not make.
