For any of you getting this call, it's Borgess trying to collect overdue payments because they blow at charging insurance. I have blue cross and united healthcare (the good kind, not Medicaid) and they STILL can't figure out how to send them a bill. I'll never go through them for healthcare ever again. Hope this helps you guys out.
Yes, it is Borgess debt collectors. We have no insurance and they aren't good about taking what WE can afford and try to hassle us into paying more per month. I have them blocked on my phone, so they can't leave messages anymore.
