Woman requested to speak to the Marketing Director and when advised unable to xnsfr via job position or title she then informed me that her Senior VP had recently spoken to a person who had been deceased for over 4 years.  Didn't even phase her, she just indicated that she will get with her Senior VP and decide who would be a better person to speak with.

Too bad I didn't get as far as asking her to identify herself and her company.
