Who called from 2697682211

Second call from this number today. Don't understand it. I am on Do Not Call List. No way to speak to a person at this number

They have been calling me twice a day everyday... never leave a msge.

No message left, from Michigan.

I work at a college in Iowa.  The campus security cell phone which is only used for emergencies was called with the same message.  I hung up rather than listen to the entire message.

Got twice in 5min. From different phone numbers but the same message and voice. I called them back, nobody answers. Some has to stop them, or find out which C-card company is supporting them.
