Calls received to Jitterbug phone owned by elderly person. Answered calls, but no response. Tried to call the number back but a recording came on indicating the number has been temporarily suspended. Reported to Jitterbug but they don't have a phone number blocking option. These calls are especially dangerous for elderly people because they often cannot discern the difference between legit/non-legit calls.
This was to my cell number. Received a recorded message regarding lower interest rates on "your credit card". Said to press one at the end. I did not and it disconnected automatically. Annoying...
