Rachel at "Cardholder Services" called the emergency cell phone for our facility in reference to "your credit card...". I hung up.

got 2-3 of these already..
i picked up call and didnt say anything and the call hung up.
I think its voice activated

The first time the call came in as 002-697-682214, then this afternoon as 269-768-2214.  Both times they went to voicemail and both times left no message.  I called the number back but it says "the number you dialed is not in service at this time.  Thank you for calling, goodbye"

I agree with above, its just a stupid telemarketer

This number has called me twice now.  No message was left when I did not answer.
