First it was an offer to "refinance your mortgage in default" today it was an offer to "refinance your outstanding VISA debt".  Which is weird, since public libraries do NOT have either!  After waiting on hold for 6 minutes to speak to a real person, call was disconnected.

"Free Security System plus $100!"  Uh huh. Get a lot of similar calls from the 269-768 exchanges.

Called, hung up.  Left no message.
