It comes up as WCA Solutions on my phone, WCA Advertisement, and "unavailable". I found this domain registration info with a contact in NJ. Don't know if it has anything to do with it (interestingly, I had a missed call from Carteret NJ just before WCA called me). I looked up the administrative contact for WCA-Solutions.com, Daria Marsh, on facebook and she works for T-Mobile. Weird. However, I'm not sure if the admin contact info listed on the web is for the website domain company, or the WCA.
I've read on another website that WCA isn't the name of the actual company just the carrier, but I find that hard to believe. When I called an 800 # to supposedly "opt out" from receiving calls, it said I had been unregistered from "WCA" so I think that is the name they go by.

Do not call the number back, the do not call feature they say will take you off the list actually adds you back on the list as a working number, They are a$$holes. Liars and scammers. What you want to do is answer it and push number to talk to a represenative. And as soon as they answer givm hell. Cause they will hang up on you if you ask to talk to anyone. So be as mean and vulgar as possible. eventually they will remove you. You have to yell cuss and scream at them. evan get you an air horn and blow at them. They will stop eventually. i promise.
