Who called from 2698100202

Hi All,

I had received call from this number, but the call went unanswered, and after that my vodafone bill shows the usage of Rs. 3050 of ISD calls.

Upon checking I realised that the calls were not made from my phone, but vodafone has shown the call details to this number in the bill.

I received my bill from vodafone  for 3400 .so I asked for an itemized bill in which 4 calls totaling 1 hr was shown on this no which this no. As this phone was used by my wife she had not made any call.
Is it that  vodafone  is collecting money from people ?
Can any body guide me how we can take the matter legally.?
