Would not leave a message

This number keeps calling my home phone, when I answer no one says anything.

keeps calling my number and don't say anything when I called it back its always busy

Every time I answer there is no response. I tried calling the number back and says I have to dial a 1 in front of the number but the number when it appears is a 269 area code.

it call my phone 10times a day and never leave a message when I try to call it back all I get is a busy signal
