I've just received a phone call from this number stating they were IRS (They didn't even say, The IRS) it was the Same exact call I had gotten about 2 weeks ago from a number with a Chicago area code. The recorded message claims that they're IRS, and that this is their final attempt to get a hold of us, as all other have failed.
