This company is a work of art masquerading under a local number to increase response . I played along in hopes of getting some vital information, but they wanted all my personnel information without giving any information except " American Credit Assistance". I told them that I was not comfortable giving my information without being able to verify the authenticity of the company. They would not give me a phone no., an address or anything, they just wanted my information, when I refuse I was told that my number would be removed from the calling list...now that I don't think will happen. But, I will file a claim with just the name and see what happen. I think the best way to go is to file a report with your own State Attorney General
