also recieved a call from this number to tell me about fraudulent charges on my card. before i gave them any information i looked up a real number to national city bank to confirm that this call was legit. it is their fraud department and they were very helpful in helping me figure out my id theft. always be weary of people calling you and asking for information like this. what i did was go on national citys website to call them and they checked it out for me and told me it was drfinately from their company. hope this helps!!
this is National City Bank, it is legitimate, they were returning a call about a business account of mine that I had been seeking for charges explanations on...also known as PNC Bank
This is definitely the fraud hotline for National City (now PNC Bank)card services. Someone had tried to charge $4300 of stuff to my card and Nat City had declined the transaction. The are sending a new card with new #s.
