Who called from 27000000000

I received a call from this number after a friend informed me that she had also been called by this number, hearing a voice saying goodbye then hanging up.  *sigh*  and I thought she was being paranoid...any more updates on this?

Received same call today. Woman's voice saying "Good-Byyeee". am on the Vodacom network

Got the same call, any answers yet?
