It was a recorded message that claims the IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and we were the call the number back immediately. They have called me twice today. If the IRS was really filing suit against me I am sure this would come in the form of a summons not recorded phone call.
This is a scam! Recorded message claims from IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against you. Then says to call them back. DON'T!!! This NOT the IRS! The IRS sends you notices through the mail, they don't call and they don't suddenly file a lawsuit without you knowing there is a problem.
