Caller said dial a 844 number they said I was getting summons about loan if I didn't pay now

Keep in mind that debt is CIVIL, not criminal. It's a scam

same thing happened to me said they were sending someone with summons

Call from tiptonville tn on may 8, 2017.  Female called herself, lucy sanders, left message on answering machine,  said something about debt collecting for someone named " kisena? Hutchenson?, in logan county ky."
stupid telemarketers, or spammers actually think people answer these calls!
Get a real job,  you sorry [***] jerks!
