Who called from 2704997010

Recieved a call today, Sept.30.2011 at approx.11:11am. Caller said " We are raising money for the FOP ". For the fallen police. ...I stated sorry can't help now and hung up just as he was about to lie to me again.

I've had several calls from the 270 area.  Based upon what happened when I answered and what people are saying here, ALL of them appear to be scams.  (My experience:  If you don't answer, they don't leave a message.)

I received an email that included this number. They claimed to be Apple needing my payment information verified. When I clicked on the email address the actual address came from [email protected], not the apple verification team like they said. This was a complete scam. Please do not give them any information!!!!!

Email address's and IP's can be spoofed the same as phone calls can. In the header itself, the ips are more of a dead giveaway through the route they took getting to you. Send it on to the FTC here:
