I recieved the same call. I pressed the buttons to speak with someone. When a live person got on the phone he would not tell me what company/account of mine he was with. I said Do not call me again from any area code. He hung up on me. I have reported all of thier numbers to the do not call registry. Now they are BLOCKED!
Called cell, no message. Received a the call about an hour after a different number robo-called and left the "lower your credit card interest rate" message. I am sure the same people are responsible for both. They must have gotten themselves a new batch of phone numbers recently.
