This guy has called my house 4 times in the past 3 months, and each time it shows it came form a different city. Fulton KY today - Owensboro KY 2 weeks ago. He says he is from the Fraternal Order of Police and wants donations. I told him 2 weeks ago not to call me again, so today when I ran inside from the yard to answer the phone, I chewed him out. He tried to tell me that it was somebody else who had called me before, but NO..... same voice. Why would somebody connected with the police break the law and call people registered on the state and US no call lists anyway? SCAM! Makes me sick.
probably not a scam, the fop hires a company to call and try and collect money for shop with a cop. the company that calls gets a larger share of the money than the fop does but some of it gets to good places.
