called to say I am being sued over a cash advance which I never applied for.

this is fuken indian guys asking money from me this is scam not a attorney general office

Just got a call from a phone number that said "Emergency Number" so worried I picked it up.  It was an Indian Guy on the other line stating that there is a Law Suit against me and I have to call Sam Wilson at 270-775-1326 with a case number telling me that if I don't call him right away they will contact my local police to have me arrested.

I just had a voicemail left saying if I don't call in 30 minutes the sheriff dept is arresting me.
Some Mexican guy . Really hard to understand . Wtf!!  Crazy  people out there!!
