IT IS NOT LOCAL, ACCORDING TO THE SEARCH IT IS IN KENTUCKY (TWO STATES AWAY) AND IS A RESEARCH GROUP CONNECTED WITH A CHILDRENS ORGANIZATION. A CALL BACK GOT A MESSAGE BUT NO LIVE CONTACT. I DO NOT KNOW WHO THEY ARE.

Seems to be an active number again as I just had them show up. Arizona is not 720, yet the Caller ID shows "Local Area Call" - they just got the fax machine in their ear - hope they enjoyed it.
Got a call from this number caller ID says "Local area call" but I live in Mo and it is not a MO number. There was no message left but there was background noise, maybe call center, heard music
