No message

These,folks call and never have responded when I answered.  No idea who they are, would love to be able to block these calls.

Didn't answer. No message left.

I answered and they said they were from "Vehicle Service Department" which is code for "third-party vendor trying to sell you extended warranty services". I asked him "Who's 'vehicle service department'?" and he went back to his script saying he was calling about my car, I said I heard that part, what I asked was whose "vehicle service department" he was calling from, then he hung up on me. Clearly a spammer, block this number.
