This is a scam. Someone called claiming to be part of the Nurses' Health Study (a legitimate organization) asking for call-backs to this number, where you are asked to leave your name, phone number, email address, and a description of yourself for a "highly profitable endeavor" of some sort. Absolute scam, aimed at taking advantage of the elderly members of the study.
