Same as previous message, ambient noise followed by someone asking for me by name (my wife answered) she asked if she could take a message and they hung up. I tried to block them but I received a message that the number could not be blocked.
Just like the rest of the others ambient noise and then they ask for you with a foreign voice they say they are with US Grant office they do not understand Don't Call Me again
