they called on my cell.  It was a recording that said "This is Lisa calling in regard to your credit card account".... at which point I hung up

recieved a call from this number but never answered it casuse I was not home. I am on the DNC list

First time I picked up the call and the person started babbling something about mortgage. Couldn't understand much, but it was clear to me that it was either sales call or phishing call. I said wrong number and the information doesn't match and don't call. They keep calling about once a day now, I just don't pick up the call.

Claimed to be a Realtor named Demetria.  Knew my name.  I asked how I could help her and she hung up.  Likely a call over an IP address vs. the actual number. When I tried to recall Verizon said it was not a valid number.

Educational level: High School or less, perhaps second generation Hispanic
