This number called today with "Name Unavailable" listed as the caller. The caller said they had legal documents for someone I did not know. After informing the caller that I did not know the person they continued to harass me.

This kind of phone number doesn't make sense in the USA. I know of no telephone number in the United States of America, business or personal, in the seven digit string . The caller has been known to call with your first and last name claiming some kind of legal action against you, then try to fish for more information out of you. This appears that s/he is trying to get more information to complete their record of personal information on you for some kind of illegal activity possibly for identity theft and financial gain by stealing from your personal account(s). Just tell them to call your lawyer, or your State's Attorney General Office, and to no longer contact you. Better yet I wouldn't answer a call that starts with a 1 in the seven digit string(or block it).
