What ever happened to the "Don't Call List" I am on the list but still get unsolicited calls...makes me start wondering why I have a land line again.?

Called a few times when not home, showed up on caller ID so as usual I come here to check it out.  Always relieved when I find out I'm not the only one. I was the victim of a stalker years ago and to this day still afraid of numbers I do not recognize.  I am so thankful for this site and everyone who takes the time to report their experiences and help reveal or at least give some kind of immediate information about phone numbers. Thanks yall, I won't loose any sleep over this one. :)

rang i said hello usually do not answer #s i don't reconize but was waiting on the gym to call....it was area code 281 so i thought it might be them.........no response dead air quit wasteing my time! i was playing bejeweled on facebook!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they call all the time.  i just added my name to the federal do not call list.  after 31 days, it is illegal for them to call.  we'll see...

if you call the number back, someone will answer and you can ask to be taken off the list.
